Version 2026-10-15. What Corporate Tic Tac Toe keeps, why, for how long and who sees it. This page stands on its own. It is available in Hindi on request: write to [email protected].
Who is responsible
- The organizer who invites you decides why your name is used for the tournament.
- IT Services by Rajat Agarwal provides the software and handles your details for the organizer.
- For the organizer’s own account, sign-in and billing, we decide.
What we collect, and why
- From a player: a display name, to show you on the bracket and the results. Nothing else is asked: no mobile number and no e-mail address.
- A random id of your phone, kept only as a scrambled code, so that one place stays on one phone.
- Your moves (square and time) under a player code, so the match can be replayed. Who invited you, so the organizer’s limits work. Your two ticks (this notice and your age).
- If the organizer puts your mobile number in an invitation list, it is used only to send your personal link.
- From the organizer and Hosts: name, e-mail, mobile number, company name and billing details, to run the account, send mail and issue invoices.
- From visitors of the public pages: a random visitor id (one cookie, kept one year), a shortened network address, city and the pages seen.
- Game pages are never tracked. With Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track we only count the visit.
- From every page: speed and error reports (page, device type, country, what went wrong; no name, no network address).
- From a request that is refused or fails (a wrong key, a failed payment): a security record with the time, country, browser and only the first part of the network address.
What we do not do
- We never e-mail players.
- We do not sell personal data and we run no advertising trackers.
- We do not show players’ names to anyone outside the tournament.
- The organizer’s AI assistant never receives a player’s name. We do not use players’ details to train an AI.
How long we keep it
- A player’s name, seat, phone code, moves, invitation record and requests are deleted within 24 hours after the tournament ends. Our job runs at 23 hours.
- Names are sealed (AES-256) when you join. From the start, the names on the bracket are also held as plain text so every phone can show them; they go with the rest.
- The results are kept for 365 days as seat numbers and player codes, without names.
- The organizer’s details and the tournament settings are kept until 365 days after the tournament, or until the organizer closes the account.
- We keep billing data for audit and tax reasons.
- The security record of a tournament is kept 365 days. Its personal part for players is destroyed at the same 23 hours as the names.
- The security record of a refused or failed request is kept 90 days.
- Visits to the public pages: 365 days, then only anonymous daily totals. Speed and error reports: 90 days. The log of mail sent (address and subject): 3 days.
Your rights
- From the game page a player can leave at any time, ask what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it. We answer within 7 days.
- A player can also name another person who may use these rights for them.
- Leaving the tournament withdraws your consent at once.
- To name another person you can also write to [email protected] with their name and how to reach them.
- You may complain to our Grievance Officer, and to the Data Protection Board of India.
Adults only
- This game is for adults. A player ticks that they are 18 or older before joining. We do not knowingly let anyone under 18 take part.
